At 404tee.store, we value our customers and want you to love what you ordered! If there’s an issue with your purchase, our replacement policy is as follows:

1. Eligibility for Replacement

Replacement is only applicable if the product received is:
- Defective or damaged during delivery.
- Wrong size, design, or color (different from what you ordered).
- Has a major printing or stitching fault.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

2. Non-Replaceable Items

- Products damaged due to misuse, washing errors, or wear & tear.
- Customized or limited-edition items (unless defective).
- Size exchanges due to change of mind (please check our size chart before ordering).

3. Replacement Request Process

- Customers must raise a replacement request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via Instagram DM or email.
- Proof of issue (photos/videos of the product and packaging) must be provided.
- Once approved, the replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Shipping for Replacement

- In case of wrong/defective items sent by us, we will bear the return and re-shipping charges.
- If the customer requests a replacement for personal reasons (like wrong size ordered by mistake), return shipping must be borne by the customer.

5. Final Decision

404Tee.store reserves the right to reject replacement requests that do not meet the above conditions.
